PACIFIQUE | CDC

Le Pacifique | CDC (Grenoble, France) is a Choreographic Development Centre (national network of structures promoting dance) created by a choreographer in 2007. A venue where dance companies can seek assistance and exercise their creativity, it is committed to supporting activities of creation, co-production, training, communication and raising awareness about the art of choreography.
Le Pacifique | CDC proposes residencies for dance companies, exchanges between programme organisers and creators concerning their artistic projects and training courses for professional dancers. As a choreographic cultural space, it also sets aside time for helping the greater public discover and develop their knowledge of dance through awareness workshops, live performances and dance conferences.

CENTRO COREGRAFICO GALEGO

The Centro Coreográfico Galego, belonging to the Consellería of Culture and Tourism of the Autonomous government of Galicia (Xunta de Galicia) and assigned to the AGADIC (Galician Agency for Cultural Industries), was created in June, 2006 with the purpose of supporting and developing dance and scenic arts in movement, promoting creation and investigation. It was launched as a global project, triggering a network of actions aimed at developing dance and the arts of movement in Galicia. The collaboration with entities and structures both of our community and thee exterior make of the CCG a decentralized and open reality. Today, we continue trusting this formula, which allows to promote interaction between artists and the public, bringing the arts over to the citizenship in a normalized way and propitiating the exchange between professionals. We want to bridge the gap and establish channels of cooperation with other communities and countries, opening thus new spaces for the Dance.

LUBELSKI TEATR TAŃCA

Lubelski Teatr Tańca (Lublin, Poland) is a dance company established in 2001, well renowned for its work in dance creation and development, which has allowed it to become part of the Centrum Kultury w Lublinie. This multi-disciplinary centre for artistic interaction unites and creates links between amateurs and professionals of the dramatic arts, cinema, visual arts and dance. Lubelski Teatr Tańca carries out missions of creation, training, promotion and production of contemporary dance (an international festival, seasonal showcases, outdoor events), as much for professionals as for amateurs.

K3

K3 - Zentrum für Choreographie | Tanzplan Hamburg (Hamburg, Germany) is a choreographic centre that began in 2006 as part of the Tanzplan Deutschland (a 5-year project aiming to promote dance, innovative concepts and initiatives, and support nine nationwide choreographic projects) with support from the City of Hamburg. It aims to strengthen the position of contemporary dance and support young choreographers by offering creative residency programmes, production opportunities, training and outreach programmes. Based in the former exhibition hall k3 of the Kampnagel cultural complex in Hamburg, K3 has renovated the space into exclusive dance space for the use of professionals and the public.

DANCE IRELAND

Dance Ireland (Dublin, Ireland) is the trading name for the APDI, the Association of Professional Dancers in Ireland Ltd. Founded in 1989, it quickly became the centre of national resources for the promotion of dance. Their primary objective is to promote the art of choreography and develop opportunities and practical support for professional choreographic artists. Through a programme of classes and activities, they support and update training programmes and artistic creativity, paying particular attention to career development. Their activities are three-fold, focusing on promoting excellence, increasing exposure to and understanding of dance and consistently providing varied opportunities for artists on a local, national and international level.
